David G. Hubbard, age 69, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020.
David leaves behind his wife, Portia Barham Hubbard; son, Daniel (Kristen) and his grandson Alexander; daughter, Kriste Hubbard and his beloved grandchildren: Logan and Isabella; sister, Christine (Norman) Bauske; brother, Thomas (Tami) Hubbard; brother, Patrick (Patty) Hubbard; brother, Alan Abascal; many nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Hubbard; mother, Mary Lucas Hubbard; brother, Lawrence Hubbard; sister, Cynthia Hubbard Abascal; son, Bryan Hubbard.
David was born June 22, 1951. He was a very gentle kind and loving man. He was known for his love of others. David spent years serving in his church, teaching ,ministering to the sick and shut in. Serving in Mexico to help the people there.. He worked with the Prison Ministry to help those who felt lost find Grace and Peace from Jesus Christ. He had a special love for grandchildren David , Austin, Alexander, Samuel Ramsey and the many other youth he worked with throughout the years.
DAVID WAS A MAN OF HONOR WHO LOVED THE LORD. HE SHALL BE MISSED.
